A group of people who love living in the Taos area and who have been in the property management and reservation business for years have been and are working hard to put this new company together. I have also had the help of several owners of vacation rental homes here who have known me for years, and I am grateful for their assistance. They have given me their thoughts and insights as owners of investment property and told me what they consider important in how their properties are managed. We in the property management and reservation business can never forget that without the investments of the homeowners, we would not have jobs to do.

We at Taos Getaway, LLC will take care of your property as if it were our own. We pride ourselves on quality of service and on integrity and professionalism in the delivery of that service.

For short term rentals, Taos Getaway, LLC offers both a full property management service for a commission of 30% of collected rents and a reservation service only for those who already have a caretaker to look after their property for a commission of 16% of collected rents. If you have your own caretaker, we will still periodically check to make sure that it is being well maintained and report back to you.

For those interested in long term rentals, we charge a finderâs fee of 50% of the first monthâs rent. If you would like for us to handle rent collection and bookkeeping, the charge is 15% of rents collected monthly. We will do a thorough credit and background check on potential renters and report our findings to you so that you can make an informed decision regarding any lease.
