Deposits 50% deposit due immediately upon making a reservation. A confirmation with directions will be emailed to you. If you are sending a check, it needs to be received within five days of making your reservation. All finals are due 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival Christmas, New Years and month long stays.
Minimum Stay 3, 5, or 7 nights Depends on season
Confirmation, instructions & directions Confirmation, directions & key location will be sent when deposit is received. Will be sent via e-mail, fax or regular mail. Please read ASAP & check dates, prices, etc.
Security Deposit We will ask you to fill out and sign a form stating Taos Getaway has the right to charge your credit card if damage occurs to the property, excessive cleaning is needed or extra hot tub maintenance. Please click here to view the Security Deposit Form.

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival non holidays, 60 days prior to arrival Christmas & New Years and month long reservations. No refunds within the 30/60 days unless we are able to re-rent the home. We abide strictly by our cancellation policies.therefore we suggest you purchase travel insurance if you think you might have an emergency and can not make your trip to Taos. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, there will be a 16% cancellation fee of your total reservation. If you cancel after the 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund the amount we receive if we are able to re-rent the home.
Reservation changes Dates may be changed in compliance with the cancellation policy
Changing dates may change the rental price
You may lengthen your stay if availability permits. If you shorten your stay, you will be responsible for the original days booked unless we can fill the days at the same rental price.

Smoking All homes prohibit smoking – Strictly enforced Up to $500 charge against your deposit for violation
Pets Some homes are pet friendly, $50 non-refundable fee for pets Guest must clean up after their pets inside the home and out

Liabilities We are not liable for injuries or illness sustained while staying in any of our homes Please do not let children use the hot tub without adult supervision. Use caution on tile floors, near hot tub area, steps & especially icy areas.
Terms of eviction By owner, caretaker, property manager or house keeping Including but not limited to exceeding # of people stated on registration form, damage to owner’s property, smoking, pets without permission or disturbing the peace.
